A private architectural real estate advisory and development showcase. Featuring modernist trophy villas, sky penthouses, and heritage estates, the platform incorporates multi-parameter search filtering, high-resolution photo galleries, interactive floor plan schematics, a dynamic mortgage cashflow estimator, and confidential viewing appointment booking.
What needed to be solved?
Ultra-luxury real estate listings often suffer from dated MLS-style portal designs that fail to convey architectural grandeur, material craft, and lifestyle prestige to high-net-worth clients.
What was the intended outcome?
Engineer an architectural digital portfolio with bespoke typography, generous white space, cinematic imagery, interactive floor plan schematics, and confidential private client advisory workflows.
