The Challenge
Most agency portfolios are slow, bloated, or overly reliant on generic templates. The goal was to build a platform that instantly communicated technical mastery and design precision.
The Solution
A ground-up rebuild using Next.js App Router, focusing heavily on sub-150ms interaction latency, hardware-accelerated animations, and a bespoke scalable case study architecture.
Design Process
Adopted a 'subtraction' design philosophy. Removed all unnecessary visual noise, focusing purely on typography, spatial rhythm, and fluid micro-interactions.
Development Process
Replaced heavy continuous JavaScript loops with CSS-driven hardware acceleration. Implemented a robust multi-page ecosystem with dynamic SSG case study generation.
